Our team combines Big 4 transaction advisory experience with the efficiency and responsiveness that deal timelines require. Every engagement is led by a CPA with hundreds of QoE reports to his name.

Most QoE providers in the lower middle market are either too expensive, too slow, or lack the depth of experience that serious transactions require. Bedrock was founded to solve that problem.
Our founding partners — Michael Girdley and Mitchell Baldridge — have decades of combined experience building, operating, and advising businesses. They built Bedrock around a simple idea: pair genuine institutional QoE expertise with a delivery model that works at deal speed and at a fair price.
Will McCurdy, our CEO, is a CPA with experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers and RSM US LLP, where he led hundreds of QoE engagements across dozens of industries. He brings that same methodology to every Bedrock engagement — whether the deal is $2M or $25M.

CEO
Will is a CPA with Big 4 and national firm transaction advisory experience. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining the Transaction Advisory practice at RSM US LLP, where he led hundreds of Quality of Earnings engagements across manufacturing, healthcare, business services, technology, and consumer industries.
At Bedrock, Will leads every engagement personally — from initial scoping through final report delivery.

Michael Girdley
Co-Founder
Michael is Chairman and CEO of Girdley Enterprises, a San Antonio–based holding company with 12+ operating businesses and over 600 employees across software, technology, consumer retail, and education.
He has over 30 years of experience building, acquiring, and operating companies. Michael is also co-host of Acquisitions Anonymous, a leading podcast in the SMB acquisition space.

Mitchell Baldridge, CPA, CFP®
Co-Founder
Mitchell is a CPA and CFP® with over 13 years of experience in public accounting, tax advisory, and financial planning. He began his career at BDO, a Top 5 global accounting firm, before founding Baldridge Financial, a Houston-based firm serving business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
Mitchell also co-founded RE Cost Seg and Better Bookkeeping, and brings operational and go-to-market experience from building and scaling multiple businesses to Bedrock.

Robyn serves as Chief of Staff at Girdley Enterprises, where she oversees strategic projects, hiring, and operational execution across the portfolio. At Bedrock, she manages engagement operations and delivery infrastructure to ensure every project is scoped, staffed, and delivered on time.
